Online registration

We will be using the Cup Manager tournament management software from 2025. Previous registration data is therefore no longer valid. If you already have a user account from other tournaments that use Cup Manager, you can also register with us using these login details. If this is not the case, please create a new user account at anmeldung.bgz.net .

You can then register online.   

Payment of the team fees

Team fees and deposits must be paid immediately after registration, but no later than 14 days after registration. Fees for participant cards must be paid by 26 April 2026 at the latest. Team withdrawals with fee refunds are possible until 26 April 2026. There will be no fee refunds for later withdrawals.

IMPORTANT: Of course, we will refund all fees paid if we have to reject a registration on our part!  

 Registration confirmation or pre-confirmation

If we have received the team fees & deposits (match operations) and there are still enough places available, we will confirm your registration (in advance). Pre-confirmation means that we have reserved a place for you. You must now pay the remaining fees (especially participant cards) by the specified payment deadline (if any are still outstanding).

IMPORTANT: It is possible that your registration has ended up on the waiting list after payment of the team fees, even though places are available. Please refer to our FAQ about registration: Why am I still on the waiting list after paying my team fees, even though there should be enough places available?  (Question #10)

Payment of the remaining fees

Now transfer the remaining money for the participant cards, if required. 

Final confirmation 

Once we have received payment of all outstanding fees, we will confirm your registration. 

Summary 

Please transfer the team fees & deposits (game operation) immediately, do not wait until the last date. You will receive prompt feedback as to whether the registration can be accepted or is still on the waiting list. You can then book your travel arrangements immediately and any participant cards you have booked can be paid for later (please note the payment deadline!). Provided you pay the remaining fees on time, your participation is guaranteed!
